A Dog in City Hall?

I had a comp day today because I’ve been working 7 days a week for awhile now and I’m pooped.  Since I was home on a weekday I took the opportunity to go downtown to an art exhibit that my mother had a piece of Art showing.  The exhibit was in the El Paso City County Building, it has been awhile since I had a reason to go into this government building and imagine my surprise when I walked in and found out El Paso has gone to the Dogs.

It is actually a gift from our sister city of Chihuahua, MX and it was part of their Chihuahua Dog Parade.  Here is a link with some photos from the 2007 Parade http://www.tabblo.com/studio/stories/view/310249/ , you can see this dog about 1/2 down the page.  This is much like the Cow Parade or the AKC’s NYCDog Parade.  Doesn’t really have anything to do with anything just an interesting sight in El Paso El Paso today.
