Is 8 enough?

We did X-ray’s today and Dr. Robin and I counted 8 puppy skulls easily. They were having trouble burning the disc for me so she will email the X-ray and I’ll post it tomorrow and we will see how many you see.

For sure! More than eight and you have your hands full – to the fullest!! How many do they usually have? Ridgebacks are known for having really large litters, but they only go on heat every 9th month.
Cardis are big dogs with short legs so 8 isn’t odd. My puppy Frost came from a litter of 8 and I think Lindy’s litter was 7. Of course we have to get them whelped and safely here but at least we know what to expect. Keep good thoughts!
WOW – 8 on the X-ray ! Watch out – every time I’ve had x-rays – there was always 1 sneaky puppy hiding so it may be 9! Hope you have a textbook, easy whelp. Too bad we don’t live closer – we could have a puppy party hmmmm – wanna come to Tennessee?
If it’s eight “easily” I’d bet for one or two more too.
