Happy 4th of July

I spent the morning at the 4th of July parade, not as a watcher but as a walker. State Farm had a group in the parade and I volunteered to be a part of it. The dogs weren’t invited but there were plenty of them there, it was fun to see all the people out with their families including their dogs. Ginger and the Flea went to watch and pick us up at the end of the Parade. We had a fun time, maybe next year the dogs will be invited.

Solstice Kennels 
Happy 4th! back at you. Ours was real quiet. Jake working on a tractor and me cutting the lawn. Zippy said to tell you that he has four big boy teeth already and one big boy ear.
Eek, I would SO not want to be wearing that Sonic suit in July! But at least it’s white so it reflects the sunlight. Happy Independence Day!
We thought the Hot Dog was in worse shape by the end of the Parade.
I think it’s obvious The Flea wants to go home with me. You can see it in her eyes in that last photo.
When you are able to pry her leash from Ginger’s cold dead hand!
